Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Products
At Bolton’s Workwear Direct our aim is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your customer service experience and purchases. Our aim is to make the returns process as simple as possible for your convenience. You can return your purchase for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to accept the returned product your purchase must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Bolton’s Workwear Direct cannot on sell used products. Your item must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. Boots/Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product. If your item shows any evidence of wear (including, but is not limited to, deodorant, cologne or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Boots/Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
We will refund your purchase upon receiving the item. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We will refund the amount paid for the item only.
If you would like to exchange your goods we recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. Alternatively we can arrange this at the time of return through our customer service team.
At Bolton’s Workwear Direct we always try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the circumstance that your item has a defect, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return of the goods and the goods will be assessed. In some instances we may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund or the faulty product will be replaced, either option is at the choice of the customer.Whilst we endeavour to make this process as quickly as possible, this may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process. Our customer service team will remain in contact with you throughout this process.

Bolton’s Workwear Direct offers FREE Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99 in value. Bolton’s Workwear Direct usesAustralia Post eParcel Service and Fastway Couriers. If we receive your order before 2pm on Weekdays AEST, and your item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. Please allow delivery time thereafter, a schedule of expected delivery timeframes by region is provided below for reference. In some instances wemay ship directly from our preferred suppliers dispatch facilities to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our customer service team will provide an order confirmation with every order and relevant shipping advice.
We can offer the option of Express Shipping Australia Wide using Australia Post eParcel Service for $15.00 per item. You will receive it the next business day provided you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone and the items are in stock with your order placed before 2.00pm AEST on a weekday. Our customer service team will provide assistance with this process and ensure to keep you up to date of any issues or delays.
Western Australia Customers Please Note -Most of Western Australia is not in an Express Delivery Zone. If outside of Perth CBD, Express Shipping to WA normally takes between 2-4 days.

EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) - delivery within 2-3 working days.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) - delivery within 4-6 working days.
RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS - can take up to 7 working days.
CENTRAL VICTORIA REGION – delivery is next day to 48 hours via Bolton’s Delivery Services
EXPRESS DELIVERY (provided you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone) - expect delivery the next business day if ordered by 2pm.
EXPRESS DELIVERY WA (or if you are outside the Express Delivery Zone) - expect delivery within 2-4 business days if ordered by 2pm.
When your order has been shipped from the warehouse you will receive an email to track your order. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Signing for Delivery of Your Order
When your order is delivered it will require your signature. Should you not be at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left.
If You Are Not at Home to Sign for Your Delivery
For Australia Post eParcel consignments, you will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Shop.
For Fastway Couriers consignments, a second attempt will be made to deliver your order within two business days. If delivery cannot be made, arrangements will be made for you to collect your order from your local Fastway Couriers depot.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Once your order has been shipped we are unable to alter the shipping address, to change your shipping address prior to shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 265880 or email email@example.com to arrange.

Please note that our dispatch facilities are located in Central Victoria and Bolton’s Workwear Direct is unable to ship on any of the gazetted public holidays applicable to our state/region.

All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. Sale prices are based on savings from regular price. Regular prices are based on recommended retail price as set by Bolton’s Workwear Direct, its suppliers and the market.
All prices are subject to change and prices displayed are only valid online at the time shown.
Bolton’s Workwear Direct will communicate with you about your order by email and phone. By registering or ordering on Bolton’s Workwear Direct you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may send you marketing material about offers and new products. Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. Bolton’s Workwear Direct reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment or relative trading account. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
You can cancel your order before the order is dispatched by Bolton’s Workwear Direct and we will refund you in full for the orders cancelled. We will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order but may return the order as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Bolton’s Workwear Direct reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, Bolton’s Workwear Direct reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery. In all instances one of our Customer Service Team will communicate any issues other than the ones listed that may impact on successful processing of any orders, including notification of cancellation of any orders.
Account Suspension and Termination
Bolton’s Workwear Direct reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website Bolton’s Workwear Direct
In the event of Account Suspension or Termination and you are waiting delivery of products, Bolton’s Workwear Direct reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process if successful payment had been made on the order.
Bolton’s Workwear Direct offers overnight shipping via Express at an additional charge within Australia as detailed in our Shipping Policy. The delivery times provided are estimates only and in some instances the scheduled delivery times may not be met.
It also may not be possible for Bolton’s Workwear Direct to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
Bolton’s Workwear Direct will not be accountable for late deliveries or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damages and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Returns and Refunds
You may return items purchased at Bolton’s Workwear Direct for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund items must be in an unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition and in their original undamaged packaging and labelling.
You are responsible for the postage of returning products purchased. Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to Bolton’s Workwear Direct for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund or replacement product subject to your preference.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original has been cancelled or is not available. Bolton’s Workwear Direct will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service Team.
Loss of Goods
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Bolton’s Workwear Direct nominated delivery company. Bolton’s Workwear Direct will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements.All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of Bolton’s Workwear Direct.
Bolton’s Workwear Direct may use promotional couponcodes for products on its site. If you have a promotional couponcode, that code can be used by someone other than you and you can assign your rights to use that code. The value and expiry is specified on the couponcode.
Couponcodes CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, used on sale items or redeemed for cash. Individual brands may be excluded from couponcode promotions and is at the discretion of Bolton’s Workwear Direct.
Our Customer Service Team are able to assist with all terms and conditions associated with the use of couponcodes. All terms and conditions particular to any promotion or couponcodes will be detailed with each respective promotion and on each occasion.
